Terms
of Business
The minimum
term of tenancy is for a six month period although short term lets can be arranged
on selected properties.All applicants are subject to satisfactory references,
and the property owner's consent and subject to contract.A bond /deposit is required
on all properties. NB
: All bonds and deposits are only returned subject to terms and conditions on
tenancy agreement. An
administration fee is payable on the commencement of a tenancy.NB:
The administration fee is not refundable. Fees
are as follows:-
- Single
applicant: £75:00
- For two
persons: £120:00
- Groups
of 3 or more applicants: £45:00 per person
- Company
Lets: £150:00
